WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Something not just what you wanted – wrong size, colour not quite what you expected? No worries, just send the order back to us in their original unworn condition with original swing tags still attached. All good must be returned in their original packaging and returned within 14 days of their delivery and assist with a refund/exchanged the value of original purchase price.

Note: We can only process refunds once we have confirmed that the goods have been returned to our distribution centres and they have been assessed.
If our warehouse is unable to accept your return, the merchandise will be returned to you without credit. At your cost.

On returning your purchase, please ensure to enclose a COPY of the original proof of purchase.
Should you have changed your mind, and request a refund. You will receive a full refund to your credit card or PayPal account within 10 business days of your boots being received and providing that your return items have been approved and assessed by our warehouse.
You have 14 days from the day your item(s) are shipped to initiate a return.

A refund will be issued for the purchase price to the credit card or PayPal account that you used to make the purchase within 10 business days of receiving the goods.
Refunds will exclude all delivery fees that are paid as part of the order.
Exchanges on incorrectly ordered goods will incur additional freighting costs.
Where a replacement is requested, your credit card will be charged for the additional freighting costs and any pricing differences.
EFT refunds under R250 will be loaded as store credit/ a gift voucher unless otherwise indicated.
WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?
At Aussie Gear we pride ourselves on the quality and durability of our products.
If you believe the item you have purchased, directly from Aussie Gear contains a manufacturing fault and you wish to make a claim under this warranty (within 6 months of purchase), you must return the item (at your own cost) to the place of purchase for assessment. Please ensure you provide the original purchase receipt.
If we determine, following an assessment, that the item contains a manufacturing fault, we will replace the items or repair it at our expense.
This warranty is not applicable if you use or have used the item in a way which causes or has caused damage to them beyond normal wear and tear. This is not limited to but includes exposing the product to caustic materials that may cause the product to break down.
